Aquinas Academy Parents’ Association (AAPA)

The AAPA is the primary means by which parents are involved with the Academy, providing many committee opportunities for parent participation as well as coordinating large fundraising efforts to support major projects on campus. By supporting the school through volunteering time and talent, parents also get to know other parents. All parents/guardians of Aquinas Academy students are automatically a member of the association.

AAPA Events 2021–2022

Volunteer Appreciation

The month of May was unusually full this year, so there was not an opportunity to hold a luncheon to appreciate our volunteers, nor to hold a final meeting of the Parents’ Association (AAPA). Aquinas Academy is grateful for our AAPA Co-Chairs: Lower School – Renee Frazier and Maria Phelps; Middle School – Kelly Calloway and Allie Dolan; High School – Ruth Bence and Eileen Mercer. These ladies did an amazing job!

Thank You

Co-Chair Needed for 2022-23

If you are a parent who would enjoy helping to organize our volunteer task force, and are excited to help in providing the “extras” for our students, please contact Leslie Mitros or Maria Phelps to volunteer as a co-chair. We are happy to have two for each division, which makes for shared responsibility. The administrators look forward to planning with the co-chairs over the summer!

Uniform Swap

In preparation for the annual Uniform Swap this summer, please consider donating used uniform pieces in GOOD condition. Items may be donated throughout the summer during office hours (M-Th, 9AM-3PM), up to the date of the swap. A bin will be placed near the main office.

When donating items, please consider the following:

  1. Dress Code approved pieces ONLY.
  2. No items with rips or stains.
  3. No items that have been significantly altered.

Official Uniform Swap date coming soon! If you have any questions, or would like to help out at the swap this summer, please contact Tina Rossi. Thank you!
